okay
firefly = good serenity = bad. too much bad stuffs at the end. firefly = berry good. live action cowboy bebop more or less. had potential. serenity pissed me off, but it's not my franchise so whatever -------------------- WAIT. I'm not finished.

Eh, we just got Firefly recently too (well, a month or two ago). I thought Firefly was OMG awesome. I thought Serenity was pretty darn good too.

firefly has a special place is my heart. yes gay I know, but whatever.
it and 'john doe' came out when I was in a very transitional time in my life when I had put my fighting and man-whorin' days on the shelf and was really into working on my zen garden and koi ponds. well what kept me from whorin was just hanging out at the house (acutally lindsey apts on 17th and x, but we worked on them for our buddy who owned em). just chilled and drank beer with buddies and dicked around in the community garden all high and shit. but friday nights everyone went out, because people HAVE to in the LBK. and I refused to go to any bar and wanted nothing to do with random drunk chicks, so a sure fire way to make that happen was fix a big rad meal and sit home watching firefly and john doe. at the time it just seemed nice and relaxing....but in retrospect, I realize it was probably the most placid and content I had ever been in my life. so when they brought back firefly on the scifi hooyah, I got all stoked. ^^ lamest story ever |
