Are you meaning to burn a video DVD you can put in your TV's DVD player? Or do you mean just burning data onto a DVD? Or burning a dvd image (.iso)?

I use DVDDecrypter for that, and if you want to compress them too, use AutoGK. Good combo. Quick search will show you where they're at.
