I was doing some searching for houses for my brother up there and came across some of the properties that are in North Overton now: http://www.realestatebook.com/homes/North-...-Lubbock-TX-USA
Are these things actually selling? I seriously doubt they're selling at those prices. I went and drove around there when I was there last and yeah, it's a nicely done area but it's chock full of giant apartments and tiny little roads and lots. Those in the $300k range are ridiculously overpriced.
