After looking for months on-end, I finally got another job.....

If you didn't know...I got stuck for the last year and 4 months working for this damn company as a TEMP. It fucking sucked. I had no benefits, they were paying me shit, and they abused me. Well, I FINALLY got another job....and thank god it's direct-hire, better pay, and full benefits!

I rock!

KC, hold on there and keep looking! Don't give up, and try as many placement places until you get lucky. I got this job through an agency that found my resume on CareerBuilder, and I got the job offer one week after signing up with them.

Oh yeah, if you're curious...the company is Worley Parsons.

Ugh I'm looking for a job here in Savannah, and it sucks because I don't know the area at all.

My suggestion, don't be afraid to try with placement agencies, but try to find ones that only do direct-hire stuff, or you'll get fucked like I did.

Break a leg!! Remember, if the interview gets to a point where they're geting more personal with you and the mood relaxes a bit, it's a good thing! I feel a lot more confident on interviews after having been on like 10 of them LOL

the best interviews are when the other folks just talk the whole time and tell you about the company and what it does...that usually means you're a shoe in

if they ask you ridiculous questions...the kind you don't want to answer...that means they're trying to qualify you and probably have other prospects
