hmm according to that BMI table, i'm overweight. I was told that loosing more than 20 pounds would be bad for me, and that would still leave me overweight.

yeah BMI tables are pretty dumb IMHO. I think people concentrate too much on numbers and not enough on simply trying to get healthy. that's why atkins is a crock of shit IMHO.

true, but obestity is something i've always equated to people not loving themselves. A bit of weight is ok, but I honestly think you need to work on it even though you are disposioned more towards weight.
