about once every two weeks. I was washing them once a week, but these sheets are really nice and I don't want to wear them out. Washing is very rough on clothes and bedding...unless you own a top of the line washer and dryer like by Miele or something. Those are badass cleaning machines.

I'll go 2-4 weeks, but I shower before I sleep. For those who shower in the morning, I hope it's at least once a week.

Oh, you probably don't want to know. Suffice it to say, not often. But they don't stink or get stained, so... *shrugs*
Growing up at home, I think sheets got washed like twice a year. I wash mine more often than that, but I've never understood the obsession with washing them every week or w/e. once a week. i have high thread count sheets - high quality lasts forever with regular washings and they just get softer with each cycle!
its not just sweat and sex that gets on your sheets but just skin flakes, hair you shed, and the possibility of getting mites in your bedding increases if you dont take care of them. (dirty sheets give me hives) -------------------- Little monkeys making money

whatever helps you sleep better at night.
thread count on mine is like 600 or some shit. It's really high. They were a wedding present. Needless to say, as someone who actually knows more than the average joe about washers and dryers, it doesn't matter how high the thread count is, it still wears them down each time they are washed. Try thinking about WHY they are getting softer with each cycle... perhaps it's because the threads are loosening and are not as tight together. Just a thought. And yeah... I really do know more than the average person on washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc. Definitely not bragging about this. Just saying that I do know what I am talking about on this subject. |

um okay. i have 800 thread count sheets and i can say for a fact that they do get more comfortable with each wash and have held up fine for years. washing your sheets regularly is a whole lot better than living like a pig in your own filth. i hope you guys dont have regular sex because thatd just get really disgusting over time!

I don't shit and piss in the bed. I sleep there... with clothes on after having showered. Maybe if you wet the bed, washing them once a week is helpful but for those of us that are potty trained, washing every 2-3 weeks is fine. Believe it or not, the bed isn't the only place to have sex.  and it's also possible to be clean about sex. I don't know what sick shit you are into, but I don't let my guy spew his cum all over the sheets. I also don't have animals so there isn't that to deal with either. Now, the baby sheets, yeah, ill wash those every 3 days or so because they have linked bacteria to SIDS so the cleaner I can keep him, the better.

Not very often. I try to wash them at least once a month.
