I usually try to stay away from monthly fee games, but I've been looking into Pirates of the Burning Sea and it looks like a really fun concept. Has anyone had any experiences with this game? And if so, would you recommend it?

A guy I worked with in Lubbock followed the development of this thing over the last couple of years and was nuts over it. I think in the end he was pretty disappointed with it, that it went to release with a lot of bugs, and lots of s tuff didn't work as they'd originally planned. Given that it's run by SOE, I wouldn't bet on it being worth a crap.
