i tried to find a number to call but ebay wants me to go through a jungle maze of faq shit just so i can email them.

i got an email from ebay saying that an auction id won has been ended immediately and all results null and void because the seller violated whatever and has been removed. its legit because its also in my inbox on the actual ebay site so i know its not a spoof email.

my question is, i already paid for this item and i just got it. its not fullscreen like the auction said and its clearly a burned copy because theres a lag between the audio and the visual. what do i do about getting my money back? does paypal automatically credit me or does ebay reimburse me? i cant file any type of dispute until the 30th because i have to wait 10 days or something.

what can i do? does anyone know a direct number to call? i want to talk to a person, not a blank email screen.
