windows mobile supports multitouch, has for some time. google the HTC Touch.

It's a bit more difficult to use your mouse as a remote control if you're watching a movie or playing music though. It's also cool because I believe it can use either IR or Bluetooth (or maybe WiFi and bluetooth? I forget).

It's certainly a cool feature. I dunno about it being a major selling point though.
