I don't think most people's problem is getting the equipment, rather having somewhere to put it.

![]() http://newyorkbarbells.tv/84021spl.html Smith Cage / "Light" Squat Rack / Bench Rack ![]() Gotta have something like this if I can't get a chin up rack built into the smith cage. ![]() That would be the centerpeice of my home gym believe it or not, because I can do 2/3 of my upper body workout based on that little bench right there alone. Works very well for incline bench press and is a MUST for military press, regardless of whether or not you're using barbells or dumbells. ![]() Would need this as well. Then I'd need an olympic barbell, an ez-curl barbell, and I'd have to come up with something for the dumbells. Those one "adjustable weight" ones go up to 90 pounds, which in a pinch would work, but I really need bigger ones than that ... heh Then I'd need floormats and probably a bunch of other shit I'm forgetting. I'd really like to have a home gym but since there's a 24-hour gym with really good equipment less than a 10 minute drive from my house it doesn't really make sense to buy a lotta shit -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

Damn, only $1000?
Hmmm.....Well, I know enough people with the know-how that can build me a nice cage for $300-$400. 1.) So, I'll low ball that and say $300 for a cage w/ mats & padding. 2.) 100 lb Thai Bag $125 3.) $85 4.) ![]() 120 lb throwing/striking/grappling dummy $200 5.) ![]() $30 $740 right there. I've already got a decent weight bench, weights, and a great pull-up/dip station. I'd use the other $260 on my gloves and pads and other random things. -------------------- |

-------------------- Fuckmuffin. That word and muffintop are the two coolest things I've ever seen on this place. What would happen if a fuckmuffin fucked a chick with a muffintop? That's a lot of muffins. A lot of motherfuffin muffuckins.
