Only a month. They also put the house up too early... they're not even under contract on a new house yet. Bloody idiots.
Anyways, we've walked away from it for now. We offered 245 as our highest, they responded with 249 as their lowest. I really don't think it'll appraise at more than 240. Maybe in a couple of weeks they'll change their mind and we can renegotiate, but for now we're going to look into making an offer on a different place. -------------------- |
