Oh. I get it. I had a gallbladder flair up before. It was inflamed and shit, and they were possibly going to remove it. I decided to try alternate eating habits to see if that would fix the problem. My mom and grandma both had theirs removed. I think gallbladder problems run in the family. Right before my mom had hers removed, she couldn't eat anything except for white rice without throwing up. She had problems for years though. Now that she has had it removed, she still gets sick if she eats too much greasy foods, but it's not as bad. Yeah, if you don't have frequently occurring pain, it's probably easiest/best to just change eating habits. I frequently had gallbladder attacks and once we figured out what the problem was, I was ready to yank that sucker OUT. Side effects immediately after the surgery were just nausea (from anesthesia) and some abdominal tenderness. The only long-term effects I've had are not being able to eat hugely greasy/fatty meals (I can still have fried chicken and such, just not in ginormous quantities) and extra-special annoyances if I get food poisoning or similar. Turns out, bile alone hitting the stomach when you've been vomiting already is usually enough to trigger another round... and throwing up pure bile is the FOULEST THING EVER. -------------------- |

I've thrown up bile before. It's yellow, right? Back when I was first pregnant, I would throw up the second I stood up after sleeping... so I had an empty stomach. All I would throw up is yellow stuff and it tasted worse than anything!!!!! Shane would bring me breakfast in bed on weekends so I could avoid the vomiting, but it still sucked.

LOL Brandon, Becky, Glen, Brandon's cousin Aaron, and myself went camping at Lake Alan Henry back in March. Found a nice semi secluded spot too. (could still see those fucking new houses in the distance though, grrrr...) Next morning, a family with THREE RVs, a boat, and 4 SUVs rolls up right next to our spot, sets up "camp," starts hitting the bottle and grilling on a large propane grill. We packed up and left. Goddamn yuppie "outdoorsman." You guys actually found a spot to camp out there? I went out there to fish one day, hiked around for about half an hour, was like "fuck this" and left ... heh -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

When we go camping there again, we're just using said place to park our cars and will hike even further into the brush. -------------------- |

Saw this posted on a bulletin board in one of the hallways at work today: http://www.thehammondreport.com/2008/02/16...ive-vs-liberal/
Needless to say, not exactly thrilled. Seems at least a teensy-tiny bit work-inappropriate. -------------------- |
