Facebook Ad, Graphic design work? Options

So, we talked about putting up a Facebook ad. Obviously we'll need money for that, so Lance will take care of putting up a Paypal link any time now, but we also need a well-designed ad. Any ideas on what it should look like/say and is anyone on here willing to put in the time and effort to design a nice ad?

i was looking at that and i'm not sure that any design is needed. there are fields you fill out and there's no spot to upload any background image or anything. i might have been looking in the wrong spot.
