I just accepted a better position a little closer to my part of the metroplex and my current company is looking for a replacement for me. It's an entry level event sales and event coordination position in Grapevine for GameWorks .

General Responsibilities:
Booking client events such as parties or corporate events
Responsible for contact with event customers
Creation of Banquet event orders

Consistently seek out new leads for booking opportunities.
Compile and track revenues for required compliance reports.
Maintain accurate and organized files for each event held at venue. Use only company approved tools and forms.
Maintain ability to multi-task and switch gears at a moments notice to show the facility to potential customers.
Promotes special events.
Prospects for sales calls.
Solicits new business for special events.
Makes sales presentations to prospective customers.
Delivers invitations and posters to prospects and follows up with prospects.

Plans and coordinates times and dates for special events.
Answers telephone promptly and consistently and direct calls when necessary.
Addresses and mails promotional letters and flyers.

Provides friendly, courteous, polite and helpful customer service.
Designs and implements sign-up contests.
Operates cash register when required using appropriate cash handling techniques.
Other duties as assigned.

It's an amazing position with an outstanding group of people and it was pretty tough for me to put in my resignation Friday. Anyways anyone interested or who may know someone interested can contact me directly (wendi.maher@gmail.com) and I will pass along to the appropriate people. It's an hourly position, so no need to worry about working insane hours each week - I've held down a weekend job in addition to this...
