So I can't connect any USB device to my laptop.

Every single time I plug a USB device in it pops up:
"USB Device Not Recognized:
One of hte USB devices attached ot this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."

I went to device manager and checked all my USB controller status's and they said they are working properly.

Any suggestions on what to do?

try reinstalling your usb drivers.

or something.
