So I heard on the radio this morning, OSHA is attempting to have gun ammunition (of any kind) classified as a dangerous explosive, and not allow ammo to be sold in gun stores. The basic principle is that any store which sells "dangerous explosives" is required to close down in the event of lightning. Places like wal mart, which are no doubt the biggest retail stores where ammo is available, would essentially be forced to quit selling ammo, as they're sure as hell not shutting down just because of lightning. This thing is major BS, but I doubt it will pass. I'll try and find a link as I heard it on the news radio.
