Just a general curiosity... I'm going under the knife tomorrow and was wondering how the board here added up.
I had a herniated disc removed a couple years ago, Had an abcess done a couple months ago, and now the resulting fistula tomorrow |

had a local when i got my wisdom teeth out not a problem, didnt notice, didnt swell, over all a fun time
had a general and couple hour long surgery when i was years younger to remove a burst and rotting appendix and to clean out the resulting infections i had. obviously dont remember much but its always pretty cool when you are on the verge of going on conscious and everything is really surreal. recovery (or if you got major pain prior to surgery obviously) is always the tough part. ask for a morphenine drip! -------------------- Little monkeys making money

1 local, 1 general. General was having my gallbladder taken out; local was removing part of a toenail due to a nasty infection there.
