yeah I've actually done that before. I'll take the frozen fruit and throw it in a blender with OJ and yogurt. not bad, a bit of work as I am usually running out the door with my ass on fire and you can get fruit at 7-11. The fruit at 7-11 is probably not the fruit you'd wanna eat. If you're talking about those sugar filled fruit cups you might as well grab yourself a can of Coke. Look at the ingredients and if the fruit says it's in syrup that means it's packed with sugar and/or high fructose corn syrup. Looks like you're like me. I cherish my sleep so much that I hit the snooze until the last possible minute and usually run out the door just in time to get to work a couple minutes late. I don't remember the brand, but I got a knock off of one of the Magic Bullet blenders and it kicks ass. It comes with four cups and you just put all your shit in the cup, screw the lid on and blend it. I usually put some frozen blueberries, a banana, scoop of natural peanut butter for protein (I know I'm fucking weird), and some natural honey (made from bees, not corn syrup like some of it is) and then fill the rest with water. I just run the thing for a few minutes while I'm brushing my teeth and then you unscrew the lid and take the whole cup with you. Pretty cool and a good way to get some nutritious breakfast on the go. -------------------- LANCE IS PRO-CENSORSHIP! HE IS CENSORING MY LOVE FOR THE LORD!

You're not weird. I do basically the same thing, only with natural almond butter or cashew butter. By natural honey, do you mean the unheated, unfiltered stuff? That stuff is SOOOOO much tastier than your typical honey. I lucked out and found that the HEB near my house carries 2 1/2 lb. jars of the stuff for only like 12 bucks. It's lasting me forever! -------------------- |

The one at Parmer & I-35. It's got a great natural/organics dry goods section and a whole aisle of Asian foods, absolutely perfect for me.

I've never heard of that kind of blender...I'll check it out. |

I can't stand Jif and Peter Pan-type peanut butter anymore, the taste just doesn't sit well to me after having real peanut butter. I've been wanting to try out almond or cashew butter but that stuff is way too expensive for me to mess with. Live 15+ dollars a jar! The way I go through PB I could see it being a problem. By "natural" honey, I just meant real honey. I used up almost an entire bottle of honey last year that I had already had and when I looked at the ingredients it contained honey, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, and other crap. I was shocked that I had grabbed it without checking the store because I didn't know they sold Honey that isn't actually just honey. I know the Raw honey you're talking about, I want to get that next time I got shopping because that stuff looks pretty cool. Supposedly super healthy and all of that jazz.
