I heard [somewhere] there's really not that much worth upgrading for, so I'm thinking it's mostly vista-fixes and stuffs.

uuhhhhhhh didn't they combine Illustrator and Photoshop into one program? That seems like a pretty big change to me. Basically photoshop has all the awesome vector editing stuff and precision of illustrator now.
