I...HATE...THIS.... Options

I f*cking knew this was going to happen too ...

As soon as I started work, I was going to slack off in the gym, and it was going to be unavoidable ...

I was doing so well as of last december I figured I was gonna be well on track to my goals I'd set to reach by march, but as it is because of work I've been lucky to be working one muscle group once every 10 days.

That is just not enough, not even close, in fact it really doesn't even "keep the status quo" because I've gone down in weight like %20 since december and I'm at about where I was last july

At what point do you draw the line? I absolutley refuse to let work keep me from being in as good of shape as I wanna be in, but this job pays me more than any other type of job I'm gonna get ... even though technically I'm about an inch away from getting fired from it because apparenty I'm too stupid to take multiple choice tests.

I dont know.

ARGH.

It absolutley amazes me how quickly you can lose muscle mass you've built ... it's odd because I've actually DROPPED weight since last december and I've been working out less....I never thought that would be the case.

*sigh*
