diet coke has no calories but the aspartame in it isn't any better than corn syrup in terms of health effects
the only solution is give up drinks like that.... if you're really craving sweet things...try to find sodas and teas that use natural sugar (don't drink a lot of this either) you can always go for that simply natural limeade which is a good alternative -------------------- "Ah, y'know it's funny, these people they go to sleep, they think everything's fine, everything's good.
