Why Continental can blow me... Options

So I have a funny story to share about Southwest.

I was on a flight two weeks ago from HOU-LBB connecting in Dallas. I was about 2.5 hours early to the airport (to beat traffic) and because I knew weather was moving in, I asked to be put on stand-by for the earlier flight that was going to Dallas (to make sure I didn't miss my connection).

They put me on the list and I waited for my flight. Eventually they called me up and said they had one seat left on the earlier flight and I was free to board.

So I get on the plane, it's completely full, and the overhead bins are stuffed. So I find my seat and put my roll-a-board beneath the seat in front of me and my laptop case in the overhead.

I notice immediately that the guy next to me is extremely fidgety and constantly moving. He doesn't seem nervous, but moves a lot. So much so, that he prompts the person in front of him to give him an ugly glare after he repeatedly puts his tray table up and down 15 minutes into the flight.

About 20 minutes into the flight he starts moving more and more and I notice him halfway stand up and pull his pants out of his crotch and then repeatedly scratch himself there. I try my best not to look or laugh or anything but he keeps doing it. I look to my left and the lady next to me is about to burst out laughing but controls it.

This continues the rest of the flight. The guy will look out the window, scratch his balls, and repeat.

The kicker is that he was dressed very nicely. He had on a suit and tie and looked like he was headed to or from a business meeting.
