Yeah, you can register to take it any public high school. I went to private school, and my school didn't offer the SAT, so I googled SAT and signed up to take it at a public high school in my neighborhood.

SAT scores are valid for 5 years. so if you took it the first time, well less than 5 years ago you can get the scores sent out

keep in mind the SAT has changed and the new grading scheme probably wont align with your previous scores

My students take it at places like TTU and LCU and SPC, so I'm sure you could take it on a computer at a college/university, too.
