1. Whats the best way to remove all of this loose skin i've been accumulating from losing weight (NOT RUNNING, DO NOT HAVE TIME OR PATIENCE)
2. All this working out is making me ravenously hungry all the fucking time, what are some decently healthy foods that will fill me up? I'm going to make a few postulations on both topics: 1. Stretching? 2. Breads? |
