Yeah, I returned the broken EOTech that MidwayUSA sent me and they finally sent back a new one. I could tell the old one was used and someone had sent it back to Midway. The new one I got was unopened.
I like it, it's great. I haven't had a change to sight it yet though. Should I take the rear sight off and move the EOTech back? I left the rear sight on and the EOTech hangs about half an inch over the gas tube. I don't think it's a problem, but I don't want heat to mess with the batteries or something. It'd probably look better with the rear sight removed too.

It screws off so it's easily removable. I'll more than likely take it off before the next time I go to the range.

i get good accuracy out to about 200 yards
i'm no expert on making sight adjustments so you may do better |
