No day but today... Group: Members Posts: 773 Joined: 22-February 06 Member No.: 5 |
I've been meaning to reply to this for awhile but haven't had the chance to sit down and really think it out.
I would say the things I'm passionate about involve family. Both the family that I have and getting to see them as much/often as possible as well as the family that I want to have one day. I'm passionate about being a mom. I've never been a mom (or even had a scare) but it's just one of those things that I know I'm going to love and can't wait for the time in my life to be right to make it happen. It's especially strong when I see a mom and her kid and I think "one day that'll be me," like this week at work with so many people buying Halloween candy and all I could think about is "I can't wait until my kids are old enough to take them trick or treating" - and I don't even have kids yet! I guess I just know that the mom life is something I'm destined to experience. I'm also passionate about money when it comes to shopping and getting good deals. Sometimes it's a bad thing because I fear I come off cheap, but there are just some things that I can't do (like $8 movie tickets for example). It's why I shop clearance racks at stores like American Eagle and I absolutely love Kohl's. I still frequent TJ Maxx every time I'm home with my mom and sister (because the one here blows). I guess I'm hoping that this passion one day leads to a comfortable lifestyle and a family with smart money sense. I guess I'm pretty passionate when it comes to Jason too, but everone can insert their own mushy gushy explanations and theories because it's all pretty obvious. -------------------- Forget regret
