Wow is right ... that was LONG.
I dunno, after reading that, it just gives me more and more reason not to fuck around with that shit ... it's just not worth the risks to me, let alone the thousands of dollars. I guess if that means I never get to where I can bench press 450 pounds then so be it, heh
