i finally got my wireless card installed properly and after several calls to linksys have everything figured out.
the other day the linksys guy had me change my wep key for the network that we are running in our apartment. for some reason, the wireless settings keep reverting back to the old wep key. i put in the new one and can connect to the internet, but then at some point i get kicked off (so far every no more than 10 mins). i go back to my wireless settings, put in my new wep key, and can get back online. how do i make it so it keeps the new wep key instead of reverting back to some old one i dont even know? (im not 100% positive its reverting back to the old one. the number of characters when i go back in doesnt match the number of characters in my new one. im assuming its reverting back/changing because all i have to do is enter my new one and im back on) -------------------- Forget regret
