Eric TEH SEXY showed up. :-P
Myself and another guy, John Billington, rolled for a bit. Sucks that we couldn't go longer, but he's been having heart problems (palpatations) lately.  And another guy who showed up regularly recently lost his mom. :'( But, I'll get my brother to show next week, Eric says he'll be there, John B. will show, and so others need to come on over to the rec !!! -------------------- |

Thanks Eric and your brother Scott for coming yesterday. My brother and perhaps a couple others may show next time. Try to invite others as well! The more the merrier.
 I'll also be sure to bring my laptop so we can watch some of the Bas Rutten mma instructionals. And perhaps we can incorporate some light striking if you want? Also, show me how to properly kick. =) -------------------- |
