If I were registered for full-time, but had to reduce to part-time....what is the refund policy? Would I not get one?

As long as you drop classes before a certain date you get a full refund. The dates are on the SBS website but it's like 2 1/2 weeks after the semester starts.

It depends on the financial aid you're getting. If it's a Texas grant, you're required to stay three-quarters full time (9 hours). For most types of federal aid, you're required to stay half-time enrolled. (6 hours)

Texas Tech has devised a plan to financially screw over every one of their students. Those who arent on financial aid get buttfucked by traffic and parking. Those who are....well, these are their stories.

Doesn't this happen every year? Where they turn it from estimated financial aid into actual financial aid?

I see. Well, all I can say is yall shouldn't freak out so badly. There was still a week to go before classes started. Plenty of time to get things sorted out.
