The weight charts say thats unhealthy, but I think this is the healthiest I have looked in a long time...

No idea, probably 240s, hell if I know.

I purposely don't keep up with my weight as a number because it means nothing to me right now, I know when I'm gaining or losing bodyfat, and don't really care about the body numbers.

Now when I get my body to a shape that I find optimal, then I'll worry about getting my lifting numbers to correspond to with a % to my weight ! I wanna get all big lifts up to 200-250%+ of bodyweight. THAT will take a ridiculous amount of work, but thats just the nigga I am ! Must focus !

165 pounds or so. Top end of welterweight...I may bulk up to a quick middleweight (175-180) or just keep where I'm at and get my body fat down and lean muscle up so as to be an optimal strong welterweight.

We shall see.

i want to get my body fat percentage done, muscle to fat ratio. i know theres several ways to calculate it but i think going through the various tests would be more accurate. i am well on my way to being able to kick through a car door
