that says it supports encryption, but i couldn't find any options for it anywhere and ethereal showed otherwise, it'll probably be added in the future. (can't make it my default until it supports encryption certs) other than that though, it's pretty nice, streamlined, has some nifty webex features that are great for a corporate enviroment (the target audience). The desktop sharing thing is pretty nifty. Integrated calender and outlook stuffs too. check it out. -------------------- WAIT. I'm not finished.

aim 4.8 sucks, you should at least be using 5.4 if you insist on using old shit. you can get all the deadaim features from other (freer) software, plus more features in general.
I finally just got my girl to upgrade from AIM4.7 just so she could be fucking direct connect compatible and send/recieve files. ps:

It looks like trillian is in alpha of it's 4.0 version right now. Not sure what kinda new features & stuff will be in it though.
