Is it legal to order beer/liquor online in texas and have it shipped here? Has anyone ever done this if it is?

it has to do with state laws. i know you can order wine (using wine.woot.com for example, which is how i found out) and im sure itd be the same way with beer, but i dont know about hard liquor, maybe depending on its abv? might call the tabc to find out.
