located 2 blocks from Tech Campus in South Overton district. quiet/nice/friendly/family neighborhood. biking, walking distance from campus and theres a tech bus that stops in south overton i think just up the street. looking for a late summer/august move in $285 rent and bills run about $100 a month per person. cable television, central heat/ac and the house is set up for wireless internet -------------------- Little monkeys making money
