Cool old man (26) looking for a clean and quiet roommate to share my 2 BR/2 Bath house. I've got 2 tough semesters of chemistry and bio ahead so I'm hoping to find a somewhat quiet and respectful person. Guy or girl is cool with me.... just someone that is over 21 and sleeps at night. I have 2 dachshunds, so you've gotta like dogs!
Rent would be about $500 a month, but that would include everything: All utilities cable internet DishNetwork with 8 HBO's and DVR alarm system monitored 24/7 by Brinks basic phone line You won't have to sign a lease and you can live month-to-month if you like, but I'm hoping to find someone that will need to live here at least a year. $200 deposit required About the house: It's only about a 5-10 minute drive from campus, just a mile or two north of 4th and Quaker It has a HUGE storage shed in the backyard with plenty of space for anything you've got My dad, uncle and I just busted our asses last weekend putting in new wood laminate flooring everywhere except the bedrooms, and it turned out really nice You would have your own bathroom, which is about to get new flooring as well in the first week of June. It's in the hallway, but it would be all yours The house has a 1-car garage that I park in, but the driveway is covered so you would have COVERED PARKING! That's all I can think of.
