haha... umm.. I don't know. lol.

I went to the one by Los Cucos this evening. I can't believe it's finally open. I check that place every time I drive by it. I'm so happy I have had a shaved ice finally. They are gonna be low on the banana flavor in about a week. I intend on getting one every day.

Had another Happy Meal today too. heh. I love Happy Meals

Mujaddara, leftover from last night's dinner. This particular version has brown lentils, brown basmati rice, caramelized onions, and various spices. Today I'm having it just with homemade pita chips, but we had salad as well with it last night.

It's freakin' lentils & rice. That's like a staple meal... (in the middle east)

But yeah, I don't eat "normal" food terribly often. I eat healthy, mainly vegetarian stuff. Last night was a Quorn cutlet w/ a big side salad. Tonight is gonna be cornmeal-crusted tofu and southwestern corn pudding.

I'M WEIRD. Leave me alone... tongue.gif
