purty good lil breakfast kendra showed me. easy to pre-make for the work week (which is what i just did smile.gif) too:

grands golden wheat reduced fat biscuit + ham + cheese
310 calories
14.5 fat
18 protein
28 carb

could also go with reduced fat cheese to save some more but bleh

Made an interesting chicken meal last night. It was quite tasty.

Broiled some boneless/skinless chicken breasts in the oven. Topped them with salt, pepper, red curry, garlic.

Cooked a thick onion-green curry broth on the stove. (4 large diced onions, fresh diced garlic, green curry, couple cups of milk, water to thin out to desired consistency)

Poured the soup of the finished chicken for a very tasty dinner.

I made a brown rice/lentil/pecan casserole last night for dinner and had leftovers of it for lunch. It was uber-tasty and filling.

I distinctly remember asking for some pe-can sandies...

Heh. Post that recipe, btw. Sounds like a refreshing type of meal.

It's this recipe, except that I couldn't find tempeh at HEB, so I decided to go with lentils: http://www.recipezaar.com/13578
