broiled salmon with real lemon and onion, fresh brussel sprouts cooked with a llittle butter and olive oil with some garlic and fresh tomato, and jasmine rice. i also have a tasty flavored carbonated water deal

Breakfast was half a cantaloupe, lunch was half of some so-so frozen dinner sweet & sour chicken and a banana. Afternoon snack was kale chips and a couple of dill pickle spears. Dinner was crockpot chili and rice.

Yesterday I made some chocolate pudding from frozen bananas, water, honey, cocoa powder, and a dash of vanilla extract. That was downright nummy!

And right now I have flax crackers and sweet potato chips "cooking" in the dehydrator. Tomorrow I shall feast!
