spring rolls. with steamed shrimp, sliced carrots, green onions, large leafy green lettuce bits. dipped with peanut sauce. (wish I thought ahead to buy cucumbers and alfalfa sprouts for crunchiness)

Tonight I made a fried spam sandwhich, probably not the healthiest thing for someone to eat. A lot of people have "beef" with spam, but when you think about it, it is more natural then hot dogs. All it is, is salted pork shoulder that hormel utilized during the rations of world war 2 to feed the hungry troops. ANd it tastes damn good fried, with swiss cheese on rye bread/mustard.
