I need a fucking digital camera, 'cause my Hungryman's Meal is a MASTERPIECE O_O
2 Whole Foods Salmon Filets, Seasoned and Spiced with premium Olive Oil, Red Peppers, Brown Sugar, Cilantro, and Szechuan Spices; Microwaved for 10 minutes. BUBBLIN' A full steam basket's worth of mixed vegetables, salted slightly and olive oil added to water while steaming 1 cup of white rice, slowly cooked until fish complete in microwave. Take it all out, serve it up, add additional spices (me, I like olive oil, red peppers, oragano and cheese shavings on my rice). DELICIOUS, FULFILLING, HEALTHY Timbo -------------------- ![]() |

DELICIOUS, FULFILLING, HEALTHY Timbo microwaving doesn't count as cooking, sorry plus it destroys the nutrients in the food, so basically you're trying to eat healthy for nothing |

Cooking in general destroys bunches of nutrients, but microwaving is like the the worst of the worst as far as that's concerned...
