I wouldn't worry about that too much -- Special K has only 1 gram of fiber per serving... a pretty miniscule amount, if you ask me. I'd recommend looking for another cereal that's similarly low in sugar and fat, but perhaps higher in fiber and other nutrients. -------------------- |

Try this. Its got an insane amount of fiber. It looks like you'd be eating a bunch of little turds. -------------------- Beers that I have had, updated July 5th, 2009: 1,548

yeah fiber one does look a little odd
BUT, and this is weird and not on the just cereal thing, but try mixing it with a little yogurt (plain or flavored) some raisons and some frozen berries (cherries are good, mixed berries are also good, etc) yummooo and it makes it taste a little bit edible |

My advice:
Don't go with any diets like that. If you need to start eating healthier, do so. But if you start eating the same thing two meals a day every day, I guarantee you're going to get sick of it and not stick to it. Ask any dietician: it's a bad idea to start a fad diet like that. The best thing you can do is make adjustments to make your current diet healthier. -------------------- Holy shit, pebkac, you're awesome!
