You should have had a PIN from when you were at Tech.

the pin was never required to use (at least when I started there in Jan 2003), and you had to go fill out a form to get it. I always just used eraider. I never went and got the pin, so now I want to know if I can even get it

What if I forget my PIN?

Texas Tech considers your PIN to be extremely confidential information, and will release it only with proper identification. While the procedures below may seem inconvenient, they are followed for your protection. If you enter a wrong PIN too many times in one day, you will be locked out until the next day. This is to prevent someone from trying to guess your PIN.

To request your PIN:

1. In person
Bring your Texas Tech Student ID Card to the Office of the Registrar, Room 118, West Hall.
2. By e-mail, fax, or mail
Send the following items:
1. Student ID Number
2. Full legal name as on file in the Office of the Registrar
3. Date of birth
4. Permanent legal address
5. The statement "I authorize Texas Tech University to send my PIN to me"
6. Your signature (scanned into a JPG or GIF file attachment if sending by e-mail)
7. An e-mail address, fax number, or mailing address where you would like your PIN to be sent
to:
* k.turner@ttu.edu (e-mail)
* 806-742-4765 (fax)
* Office of the Registrar, Lubbock TX 79409-5015 (mail)

how do you get a pin?

before everything was put into a single sign-on (eRaider), you had multiple password for all this crap. The one from the reg. site used a PIN.
