Put them junts in the washer, gentle cycle. Woolite them hoes. Then put the laces back in and throw them over a power line.

let air dry. (do not dry in dryer) anything "hot" will melt the glue holding them skips together... |

What TTULow said. Throw them in the washer, gentle cycle, probably cold water. Let them air dry, they'll scuff the hell out of a tumble dryer.

You can hand wash them or throw them in with other laundry. If you do the latter, you might want to put them in a mesh bag to keep them from getting wrapped around the agitator.

I bought some Diadora running shoes at Big 5 one time for 25 bucks, them shoes were the shit.
