But he sped around him because the dumbass was riding down the center line... people need to be more aware of their surroundings. I swear...this is why I will never get a concealed handguns license. I would go on a mass killing spree while driving.

BAM dead Oh you're driving in the passing lane and not passing...BAM dead Oh you think its ok to pull out in front of me?...BAM dead Cant pick a lane?...BAM dead Oh you want to back up traffic because you accidentally got in a turn only lane when it was clearly marked... BAM dead You didnt see the 5 signs flashing in big letters saying RIGHT LANE CLOSED CONSTRUCTION.... BAM dead |

sometimes I think Im a guy because I too hate female drivers... and I hate when women drive trucks (even though i do) because most of the time they dont know how to park the damn thing or change lanes. Ive been driving since I was 16 and never once been in an accident

It depends where the car hit. since you are turning parallel to the flow of legal traffic, it would probably end up your fault. If she hits your rear end with her side, then it would be her fault.

if you're both in a suicide lane and one decide to go back with traffic instead of turn, i'd fault that person since they didn't properly use the road and lose their right of way thus giving the right of way to the other driver properly using the road -------------------- |

i live in san antonio... i have yet to go a day without seeing the person going 25 in a 40 and makes a left hand turn across 4 lanes from the right lane AT THE LIGHT. Yeah, San antonio has THE worst in city drivers....
Highway they aren't horrible though.... still not great, but not horrible like austin (biggest idiot drivers this side of california). -------------------- |

Yeah, luckily I hit I-10 from the north side of 610 and go east. basically i work over at the 290 & bingle area, and live in deer park. pretty insane drive, but it's not bad because i'm going the opposite direction of the mega traffic. |
