I have an iBook and it's ok. I'd prefer to have a Dell or something along those lines with windows.

Yeah, but the new Macbooks are a VAST improvement over the iBooks. It's indescribable.

Yeah, I think they are working on making Macs more compatible with PC stuff.....that's why Leopard comes with Bootcamp.

Getting a MacBook Pro with Vista is probably one of the best options in that regard. I do also know that Toshiba has a decent gaming laptop. I had to HUNT for a 2.2 GHz model....most of the stores in Houston still carry the 2.16 GHz model. I want that Santa Rosa chip and the high front bus speed. And the ability to upgrade to 4 GB RAM. |

EDIT: And I will end up putting another $250 into it for the AppleCare (but that wont be for a few months), and next month I am gonna spend the $150 to upgrade it to 4 GB RAM (Apple charges $300 for 2 GB, bastards). |
