if you guys want to hear me say that there are good people that have guns, then yes, sure there are. i'm sure no one on here with your guns has killed anyone or has plans to.
i'm concerned about when the guns are used to commit crimes and people are killed. numerous people are killed. you can spin the knife thing all you want but when you walk into a crowded classroom with an automatic weapon you can spray far more bullets than you could walk from desk to desk and stab students. -------------------- Don't sweat the petty, pet the sweaty.

And as you can't seem to understand, those people you want to take the guns away from (the MANY you say you recognize) have had their lives SAVED by guns... imagine that. Guns save lives. Removing them completely and putting people in danger (from others and the government) is just like the doctor removing your head instead of giving you medicine to fix a headache. If there is a problem with children getting guns then make laws, etc. Instead you want to ban guns and make laws that punish people who could previously protect their families. -------------------- |

uh yeah. i haven't pissed anyone off.
i don't have a mercedes sitting in my driveway. i don't have a golden doorknob. there's nothing that differentiates my house from any other on my block or my city. what are the odds that at random a criminal looking to kill someone just for fun, chooses my house out of the million in my city? not to mention, i lock my doors. not that that is that big of a deterrent but to get past a lock there must be some big intent to enter my house. -------------------- Don't sweat the petty, pet the sweaty.

How often do people's houses get broken into?
Compare that to how often we hear about a school shooting. I'm going to guess (just maybe) that someone gets their house broken into MORE than schools get shotted. --------------------  |
