probably because they'd charge $10 even when nobody was there. i recall a couple times when there was literally 8-10 customers total in there, and we just wanted to go in and have a drink and they wanted cover...

Eh, the only bar I go to very often anymore is Billiards Plus. But then again, I'm not as big on going out clubbing or going out to very crowded bars as I used to be.
I'd rather go out with a few friends, play some pool, and have a good time.
