seconded on both accounts.

Still in awe they were able to pull it off though.

Game was fucking ridiculous

Calling a timeout as the kicker is kicking is dumb as hell. It isn't icing the kicker, it's giving the kicker a free practice kick. Not to mention it's a great chance to figure out how the wind is blowing, etc. I can't wait till a coach calls a TO and the kicker misses it, then he hits it on the second attempt. That'll be hilarious

My friend lives by Joe's family. He told them before the season started that this was his last year. Steinbrenner is just saying that he won't extend Torre's contract if they lost the ALDS because he's a douchebag who likes to be in control of things.

I hope to god they hire Mattingly, who's a player's coach just like Torre was. Let's just say if they hire him they won't be making the playoffs any time soon

talent?

we finally have a bunch of pitchers (morales, jimenez to name a few) that have been pitching at the Springs which has similar altitude/layout of Coors field. Because of this we have been more successful with our pitching. We have also done well with our offense but the pitching is the reason we have gone this far.

In the past we used to try and sign big free agents (Fogg, Hampton among others) and they have a hard time adjusting to Coors.
