it's just one of those things.

is it worth creating a scene to save yourself a minute or two? or just do it and move on? it's a tough area for me, as I like the principle of not getting ripped off / taken advantage of /etc by stupid policies, but then again i absolutely hate dealing with customer service types. if I had a $3 charge on my cable bill that I knew was incorrect, it'd be a tough call to decide whether it was worth my time and energy to call and have it removed.

Yeah, I know. By "demand", I meant acting in such a way to constitute detainment.
