no, i know for a fact that melanie and erik were "involved", just sounds that now melanie is trying to keep her business her business..too bad its the internet.

Blue, I swear, Erik and I were never "involved". Just good friends. Not nice spreading rumors that aren't true, never have been and never will be. I would really like to know what your facts were, especially since you know for a fact that we dated. Do you have pictures? movies stubs? we never went to the movies, never took pictures together. Only really hung out a few times and that's when he was working or came over to my apartment a few times for a cig because that was around the same time that I started smoking and quit shortly after.

not sayin this is the specific case here, but sadly, often it seems women think of a guy they hang out with a lot as just a friend, even though they may or may not be sending signals the guy interprets as something more. the line between friends/flirting/dating is an enormous gray area nowadays. and the guy typically ends up on the short end of the stick. It puts the woman in complete control, if she turns out to not want something else, she can claim the flirting meant nothing and that the guy is the one in the wrong. if she does want more, she can just step it up a notch and pursue the guy.
